She creatively combines her background in dance which includes, Ballet, Modern, Hip-hop, Latin, African, and Jazz into her dance aerobics style classes which include the original and vastly requested Ashley’s Fitness Party™. She is a high-energy, spontaneous and uplifting instructor, who is aware of and connected with all of her students.
